At Creator Collective, we believe that buying art should be as inspiring as creating it. That’s why we stand behind every piece sold through our platform. Our Confidence Guarantee ensures that when you purchase artwork, you do so with peace of mind—knowing that we’ll make it right if something goes wrong.

Our Promise

If your artwork is significantly not as described, inauthentic, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution—including a refund, replacement, or repair. Our goal is to protect both collectors and artists, ensuring every transaction reflects the trust and integrity of our community.

What’s Covered?

To be eligible for the Creator Collective Confidence Guarantee, you must:

Complete your purchase through Creator Collective's secure checkout. Purchases made outside our platform are not covered.
Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. If you have concerns about authenticity, you have up to 180 days to report them.
Provide clear photo or video evidence. This includes images of the artwork, packaging, and any damage or discrepancies.
Keep all original packaging. This may be required for insurance or return purposes.

What’s Not Covered?

❌ Returns for personal preference if the artwork is accurately described.
❌ Transactions made outside of Creator Collective.
❌ Items that were personally picked up or arranged for shipment outside our platform.
❌ Claims without sufficient supporting evidence.

How to File a Claim

If you experience an issue, email us at alex@creatorcollective.art with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the artwork and packaging

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days and work with you and the artist to find the best resolution.

Authenticity Protection

We take authenticity seriously. If you discover that a work is fraudulent or misrepresented, you have up to 180 days after delivery to report it. Authenticity claims apply to:

  • Fake or unlicensed reproductions listed as original works.
  • Posthumous works falsely attributed to a living artist.
  • Significant misrepresentations affecting the artwork’s value.

Attributions (e.g., "Attributed to Artist") reflect an informed opinion and are not covered under Authenticity Protection.
